Snobirds:

Below is a request from Linda Spangrud looking for you input on Pickleball (PB) and getting new courts. She did send this to all Snowbird clubs asking for input. If you would like to help her with information, take two minutes to fill out the survey ( is is only yes or no answers and asking dollar amounts) .

I am Linda Spangrud  I am also a Pickleball player and have been working with OWA in Foley to get more PB courts. As you know we do not have enough.

OWA wants Snowbirds input on what  Pickleball should look like at OWA such as Pricing, how many covered courts they should do out of the 16 they are considering putting i, etc.  I am glad they want input from all of us.  I just started PB and greatly enjoy it.  However, I do not know how often we had to cancel because of rain or heat.  Last week would of been one of those examples.  These covered courts will really help.  We think they should cover all 16.  We are asking your help to get this survey out to your membership.  Just stroll down for more info and there is a blue link to click on to take the survey.

These courts will not be in this year (2020) before you leave but if survey results shows support they will be here next year when you return. Thanks again for any help you can give to get this survey out.  We hope to have results tallied in the next 10 days.

Please click on this blue highlighted link Bama Beach Pickleball Club, and it should take you directly to the survey site.

Thank You  - Linda
