Pre-registration packet have been mailed

This notice is to inform you that your 2019-20 Pre-Registration Packet has been mailed to you. It is best for you and for the membership committee if you fill it out and send it in when you receive it. Two benefits to filling it out ASAP:

  • The membership committee has time to process your registration in a timely manner.
  • You will not forget to fill it out and mail it back. (saving you time at the first meeting you attend)

One change this year is you will NOT receive a sticker to place on the back of your membership card. Instead when you attend your first meeting you will be given a NEW membership card with this year on the front of the the card. This is explained in the letter that accompanies the registration forms.

If you DO NOT receive your Pre-Registration Packet by Friday August 30th , e-mail me and I will have Tom send you one or I will e-mail it to you.

Thank You: from the Membership Committee and Chairman Tom Chestnut
